B2B production partnership

White-label printing for advertising agencies

We produce banners, self-adhesive films, mesh, posters and other large-format advertising materials for agencies, designers and companies managing projects for their own customers. Orders can be packed without our promotional materials and sent directly to the final delivery address, allowing the commercial relationship to remain entirely with your agency.

What agencies receive

A predictable production partner behind your brand

Agency orders require more than a competitive unit price. They need clear specifications, reliable repeat production, quick clarification before printing and controlled delivery to the correct recipient. Our role is to manufacture the agreed product and support your workflow without stepping into the relationship between the agency and its customer.

01

Agency pricing

Regular and repeat orders can be quoted using individual B2B terms. Pricing depends on product, total area, finishing, quantity, schedule and the required delivery method.

02

Neutral packaging

We can prepare parcels without our leaflets, stickers or sales materials. Neutral dispatch requirements should be stated clearly when the order is placed.

03

Direct customer delivery

Finished products may be dispatched by courier directly to the address supplied by your agency, reducing handling time and the need for a second shipment.

04

Artwork verification

Before production we can check format, scale, bleed, resolution and basic technical suitability. This is a technical check and does not replace proofreading or design approval.

05

Repeat specifications

For recurring campaigns we can work with previously approved dimensions, materials and finishing rules, helping subsequent editions remain consistent with earlier production.

06

Commercial discretion

We do not present our own offer to your end customer. Questions concerning artwork, production and delivery are handled through the contact designated by the agency.

How white-label large-format production works

Start by sending the product type, finished dimensions, quantity, material, finishing method, required date and destination country. For window graphics, installations or unusual substrates, include a straight-on photograph and a short description of the surface. Complete information makes the first quotation more useful and reduces unnecessary email exchanges.

After the commercial terms are accepted, send print-ready artwork and identify the person authorised to approve production. Files should normally be supplied as CMYK PDF documents at final size or at a clearly stated scale. Fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines, while contour-cut products require a closed vector cutting path.

Once artwork and specifications are approved, production begins. The regular time shown for an individual product starts after approval, not after the first enquiry. Finished work is packed for courier transport and dispatched either to the agency or directly to the end customer according to the confirmed delivery instruction.

Standards that make repeat orders easier

Use one clear file name for each size and version. Include the final dimensions and quantity in the order summary rather than relying only on information hidden inside the artwork. This prevents similarly named campaign files from being assigned to the wrong format.

Large banners and window graphics may need to be divided into panels. Important text, logos and faces should not fall across seams, hems, eyelets or window frames. Send overall measurements and individual panel dimensions before final artwork is approved.

Colour appearance depends on material, ink, lighting and screen calibration. If a particular brand colour must be matched closely, describe the requirement before production and discuss a physical proof. A monitor preview alone cannot guarantee identical printed colour.

For recurring work, agree a stable specification covering material, weight, finishing, packaging and delivery. Reusing one written production standard is safer than reconstructing the requirements from old emails for every new campaign.

Frequently asked questions from agencies

Will the final customer see the printer's promotional materials?

For confirmed neutral dispatch we do not add our promotional leaflets or sales inserts. Packaging and sender details should be agreed for the specific order.

Can the parcel be sent directly to our customer?

Yes. Provide the complete delivery address, recipient telephone number and any neutral-shipping instruction before dispatch is booked.

Do you offer deferred payment terms?

Standard payment terms apply initially. Individual deferred terms may be considered for established partners after a history of regular, correctly settled orders.

Can you check files before our customer approves them?

We can perform a basic technical check, but spelling, content, legal statements and visual approval remain the responsibility of the agency and its customer.

Which products can be ordered white label?

The model is suitable for banners, mesh, printed films, posters, roll-up graphics and many other products that can be packed and dispatched by courier.
