Frequently asked questions

Can I send an enquiry without finished artwork?

Yes. You can send just a description, the dimensions and a photo of the place. Based on that we will suggest a suitable material and tell you what is missing for a precise quotation.

Do you prepare artwork?

Simple file preparation or checking an existing file can be agreed with the enquiry. The scope of design work depends on whether you already have the logo, texts, photos and guidelines.

Can I order printing without installation?

Yes. You can order just the banner, film, poster or sticker. Installation is priced separately and depends on the location, surface, height and access.

Can I collect my order in person?

By default we prepare orders for courier delivery to the address you provide. Delivery details are confirmed with the quotation.

When will I get a reply to my enquiry?

We aim to reply on the same business day. If dimensions, quantity or information about the application are missing, we will ask for details.

The information needed for an accurate quotation

A complete enquiry allows us to calculate the product and courier delivery without unnecessary email exchanges. We prepare quotations in writing because material, finishing, quantity, packing and transport all affect the final amount. We do not provide personal collection or walk-in service; orders are handled online and delivered by courier.

For printed products

State the exact finished width and height, quantity and whether the product will be used indoors or outdoors. If you already know the material, include it; otherwise describe the application and expected service life. For banners, specify the required finishing, such as welded edges or eyelets. For films, tell us what surface the graphic will be applied to and whether lamination is required.

For window graphics and installation

Send straight-on photographs and wider photographs showing access to the full area. Include the dimensions of every pane or surface separately, the installation address and information about obstacles, height or restricted access. If an old graphic must be removed, mention this in the first message because removal and surface preparation are separate operations.

Installation availability depends on the location, surface and schedule. The quotation is confirmed only after we receive enough information to assess the work safely. Printing and installation may be priced as separate items so that the scope remains clear.

Understanding the price

Calculators and written quotations distinguish net and gross values. We calculate the product, preparation and courier delivery as net amounts, add them together, and then apply 23% VAT once. The final summary shows the complete total for product plus delivery, rather than presenting transport as an undefined later charge.
