Request a print or installation quotation

State the exact finished width and height, quantity and whether the product will be used indoors or outdoors. If you already know the material, include it; otherwise describe the application and expected service life. For banners, specify the required finishing, such as welded edges or eyelets. For films, tell us what surface the graphic will be applied to and whether lamination is required.

Send straight-on photographs and wider photographs showing access to the full area. Include the dimensions of every pane or surface separately, the installation address and information about obstacles, height or restricted access. If an old graphic must be removed, mention this in the first message because removal and surface preparation are separate operations.

Installation availability depends on the location, surface and schedule. The quotation is confirmed only after we receive enough information to assess the work safely. Printing and installation may be priced as separate items so that the scope remains clear.

Calculators and written quotations distinguish net and gross values. We calculate the product, preparation and courier delivery as net amounts, add them together, and then apply 23% VAT once. The final summary shows the complete total for product plus delivery, rather than presenting transport as an undefined later charge.
