The right material matters as much as the print itself
Large-format printing includes materials with very different properties. The same artwork can be printed on banner vinyl, mesh, self-adhesive vinyl, paper or textile, but the correct choice depends on where it will be displayed, how long it will be used, how it will be installed and how far away it will be viewed.
PVC banner is a common choice for façades, fences and events. Perforated mesh is often better for large, wind-exposed surfaces. Shop windows can use full-colour opaque vinyl, transparent vinyl, perforated one-way vision or frosted film. Posters, textile banners and roll-up displays work well indoors, while floor graphics require a dedicated vinyl and protective laminate.
This page explains the available technologies and the production process. Individual product pages contain the exact variants, calculators and prices. The English version uses PLN pricing and the same production rules as the Polish service.

Roll-up systems →How to choose the right material
Start with the display location, expected lifetime, viewing distance, surface and mounting method. The guidance below helps narrow down the options. When the choice is unclear, describe the application rather than guessing a product.
Façade, fence or outdoor event
PVC banner is a versatile option for standard outdoor advertising. For very large areas, scaffolding or windy locations, perforated mesh may be more suitable because it allows some air to pass through.
Shop window or glass surface
Opaque vinyl provides strong full-colour coverage. One-way vision preserves visibility from inside, transparent vinyl uses the glass and light, while frosted film creates privacy and a decorative finish.
Interior, fair or conference
Posters are practical for short-term campaigns. Textile banners create a lighter and more refined appearance, while roll-up displays can be transported and assembled repeatedly without tools.
Floor or high-traffic area
Floor advertising requires dedicated self-adhesive vinyl and a protective laminate. The adhesive and laminate must suit the surface, campaign duration and expected foot traffic.
Finishing prepared for installation
Printing is only one production stage. Cutting, reinforcement, eyelets, lamination and contour cutting affect durability, appearance and ease of installation. Available options depend on the chosen material and final size.
Banners and mesh
Trimming, welded hems, reinforcement and eyelets at an agreed spacing. Oversized banners can be produced from multiple panels and joined before delivery.
Vinyl and stickers
Protective lamination, straight cutting or contour cutting, with preparation suitable for the intended application. Adhesive and laminate are selected for the surface and use.
Posters
Accurate trimming to the ordered size and packaging that protects the printed surface. Additional finishing is agreed according to the selected product variant and display method.
Display systems
Installation of the printed graphic in a roll-up cassette or production for an existing system. Artwork dimensions must match the system's actual visible area.
Large-format printing in Wrocław with delivery across Poland
We work with companies, shops, agencies, international teams and event organisers based in Wrocław, as well as customers ordering remotely from other Polish cities. Technical arrangements and quotations are handled in writing so that material, dimensions, quantity, finishing, deadline and delivery address remain clearly documented.
Finished prints are packed according to the product and size, then sent by courier. Banners and vinyl may be rolled or folded depending on the dimensions and agreed requirements, while more delicate materials are protected to reduce creasing and surface damage during transport.
Selected installation work is available in Wrocław. For window graphics or banner installation, the quotation requires photographs, dimensions, information about the surface, working height and access. Printing and installation are priced separately because site conditions can significantly affect the work.

How to prepare artwork for large-format printing
A closed PDF is the safest file format. We perform a basic technical check before production, but spelling, dates, phone numbers, prices and all other content must be approved by the customer.
Size and scale
Prepare artwork at final size 1:1 or clearly at 1:10. Always state the scale in the file name or email so that the dimensions cannot be misinterpreted.
Colour mode
Use CMYK. Colours displayed on a monitor can differ from print. For critical brand colours, provide a reference value, physical sample or request an agreed colour proof.
Resolution
For graphics viewed from a short distance, approximately 100–150 ppi at final size is usually sufficient. Very large graphics viewed from far away can often use a lower effective resolution.
Fonts and important elements
Convert fonts to outlines or embed them fully in the PDF. Keep logos, text, QR codes and other critical elements away from cutting lines, welded hems and eyelets.
Bleed and safe area
Bleed requirements depend on the product and finishing. Banner artwork needs an additional safe margin around hems, welded edges and eyelet positions.
Multiple sizes or designs
Save each size as a separate, clearly named file. State the quantity required for every artwork version in the message.
Not sure whether the artwork is print-ready? Send the file with the final dimensions and a short description of its use. We will point out major technical issues before production begins.

Frequently asked questions
Which material should I choose for outdoor advertising?+
PVC banner is a common choice for standard outdoor advertising. Mesh may be better for very large or wind-exposed surfaces. Self-adhesive vinyl requires a smooth, suitable substrate, and its durability depends on the vinyl type, laminate and location.
What is the difference between mesh and a standard banner?+
Mesh has a perforated structure that allows some air to pass through, reducing wind load and overall weight. Standard PVC banner has a solid surface, stronger colour coverage and is usually preferred for small and medium formats.
Can I order only one piece?+
Yes. Many products are available from one piece. A minimum value or area may depend on the material, dimensions and finishing, so the exact cost is shown by the calculator or confirmed in the quotation.
Can you produce very large formats?+
Yes. Graphics wider than the material roll can be divided into panels. Banner panels can also be joined. The division is planned around the artwork, installation method and visibility of seams.
Do you check artwork before printing?+
We perform a basic technical check of size, scale, resolution and consistency with the order. Full proofreading or content verification is not included, so all text, dates, phone numbers and contact details must be approved before submission.
Will the printed colour match my monitor exactly?+
An exact match cannot be guaranteed because monitors emit light, are often uncalibrated and the printing material also affects colour. For critical brand colours, a physical reference or agreed proof is recommended.
How long does production take?+
Production time depends on material, total area, quantity, finishing and current workload. Include your required date in the enquiry and we will confirm a realistic schedule before accepting the order.
Do you offer installation in Wrocław?+
Selected banner and window graphic installations are available in Wrocław. We need photographs, dimensions, surface information, working height and access details. Printing and installation are quoted separately.
Do you deliver outside Wrocław?+
Yes. Finished products are delivered by courier throughout Poland. Delivery cost depends on the parcel dimensions, packaging method, weight and number of packages.
What information is needed for an accurate quotation?+
Send the product or a description of the application, final dimensions, quantity, finishing, required date and delivery postcode. For installation work, include clear photographs of the location.
